There's an opportunity for earned income if you're open to offering your Village community Matchmaking assistance, as you will know and interact with your group most often and effectively.

Moreover, a Community Developer must be able to effectively communicate with members, understand their needs and interests, and respond to their queries. By doing so, a community Developer can ensure that the network is inclusive, supportive, and reflective of the community's values and goals.

Ultimately, a successful Community Developer can establish and maintain strong relationships with members, build a sense of community spirit, and drive meaningful engagement that benefits everyone involved.

If you want to create a Facebook community, there are certain steps that you need to follow. Here are the steps you should take :

Step 1
Apply directly on our website to become a Community Developer.
Step 2
Once your application is approved, you and a member of our corporate team will create TheVillage group for your town/county or neighborhood. This will ensure that the core values, rules, and branding are all incorporated. We will also incorporate creative marketing and relationship dynamics to reflect the individuals of the community. Additional rules can be set in place to regulate how people in your community engage with one another while maintaining the vision and purpose of TheVillage.
Step 3
Invite members to join your group and teach them the concepts of how to grow their personal villages. Referring them to our website for this information is required. Each member must enroll in an active Membership to receive and participate in the benefits of TheVillage. It is your responsibility as a Community Developer to ensure that all group members are properly onboarded. If there are any inconsistencies in compliance, you risk losing your role as a Developer and all of its benefits.

By leveraging the engagement from your Facebook group, we can expand our reach on multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You can solicit participation from members by running contests or encouraging them to share their experiences in a creative manner. Our mission in TheVillage is to foster positive and thriving relationships by providing valuable experiences and funding for community members' needs. If their content is selected to be featured on any social media platforms, they will be eligible to receive that month's incentive. We encourage you to ensure that your neighborhood is well-represented in the content so that we can showcase the diversity of our community.
