Your goal is to create a strong and engaged community by identifying opportunities to connect members and facilitate engagement through events, content creation, and resources. Good communication skills are essential for understanding members' needs and responding to their queries. Become a Life Coach Activist
A Life Coach Activist is an individual who believes in the power of personal growth and development as a means to bring about positive social change. They not only provide guidance and support to individuals in achieving their personal goals but also strive to connect these goals to broader societal issues. These coaches are deeply committed to TheVillage's mission and issues alike, working towards creating tangible solutions that advance a large demographic of people or society as a whole. Their approach is holistic, taking into account the individual's personal aspirations and the impact they can have on the world around them.

If you are coaching or teaching in areas such as mindset and accountability, money mindset, parenting and family, finance, education, leadership, and relationships, TheVillage offers a network of people who are dedicated to new innovative concepts of group economics, which is an open and untapped market. With your guidance, they can learn how to overcome personal challenges. Become an Apprentice Trainer

If you're an experienced tradesperson or successful entrepreneur who is willing to mentor, teach, and train a student in your craft, we invite you to join our apprenticeship program.
In TheVillage, we believe that essential job opportunities requiring unique touch and hands-on activity will remain important, even as AI changes the workforce. Picking up a trade is a skill that will always be valuable to fall back on. However, trade schools and certifications can be costly. Many of us know the frustration and guilt of paying for education, only to decide on a different career path after experiencing the day-to-day routines of the chosen profession. By offering students the opportunity to work closely with you, they can gain the necessary experience to make more informed career choices. With your mentorship and training, you will have a direct impact on what the workforce looks like for upcoming individuals.
There are several benefits to being an Apprentice Trainer in TheVillage. You have the opportunity to change a young person's life for the better while having an additional hand to complete tasks. You'll also earn participation incentives.
We're looking for experienced people working as mechanics, carpenters, welders, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, construction workers, roofers, contractors, landscapers, gardeners, farmers, stock traders, IT technicians, real estate agents, and more to develop our leaders of tomorrow.
To apply, you must have at least 2 years of success in your field to hire a student as an apprentice.

As a Featured Village Mate, you will have the chance to give viewers a glimpse into the day-to-day life in TheVillage. You'll share your stories, experiences, and unique perspective on our community through our YouTube channel "Life In TheVillage." With a focus on authenticity and transparency, we're excited to provide a platform for you to showcase your daily routine and what makes TheVillage such a special place. Become a Village Host
As Village Mates earn travel incentives, it is important to create unforgettable experiences while also making the most of available resources. A Village Host can take on the task of providing a comfortable place to stay and "host" their extended Village Mates from across the country or world. The host can either simply provide the space to house another village during their stay or share the full experience with them by leading their itinerary and serving as a tour guide for the other Village Mates during their vacation. This experience allows for two different villages to experience a different way of life, share village resources, have memorable experiences, and save money in the process. This may be an ideal opportunity for those who have active Airbnb locations.
Join TheVillage™ Educators
Our platform provides an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to your community service hours by offering educational services. This is an excellent way to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while earning service hours. You can choose to dedicate your time to tutor multiple people or simply offer 1-2 hours while fulfilling other obligations within the Village.
We can pair you with either Village Kids or Village Mates who are seeking educational assistance. We understand that everyone has different strengths and areas of expertise, so we'll make sure to match you with candidates that align with your skill set. You'll have the opportunity to earn participation incentives as you help others learn and grow.
By offering educational services, you'll be making a significant contribution to your community. You'll also be developing your teaching skills, which can be a valuable asset in the future. So, don't hesitate to sign up for this opportunity to make a difference!
This is open for high school students as well with approval from parents and guardians.
