Keeneya H. Williams Glenn, MSW, LCSW (NY)

Keeneya (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. She has worked in education, substance abuse (inpatient and outpatient), day treatment, outpatient mental health clinics, research and served as the Primary Care Mental Health Program Manager for 8 years for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center before moving to private practice to pursue her doctoral degree.

Keeneya has worked with state researchers on the Care Monitoring Initiative, studying and collecting data on real time programmatic and consumer interventions on readmission and emergency room visit rates with UPMC.  Keeneya is skilled at clinical supervision and teaching team engagement in collaborative treatment teams.  She earned her SIFI at Fordham University supervising students in education and outpatient settings.  Utilizing leadership skills she built a single location Primary Care Mental Health Integration Program to 8 sites of co-located collaborative care.  Integrative care and treatment teamwork remain an area of interest, however Keeneya’s scholarly pursuits are specifically around how treatment teams impact health disparities particularly as they relate to the social determinants of health and cardiac treatment for  people of color.
